No Win No Fee
Claims
Rules came into effect in April
2001 that enable us to act on a No Win No Fee
basis, by way of a Conditional Fee Agreement.
This means that, in the unlikely event you don't
win your case, we won't charge you
for our fees and on winning your case, our fees
are charged to your opponent - no win, no fee.
Beware of some accident management
companies, who often require you to make a payment
up front to fund your case and cover costs such
as medical examinations, police reports and barrister's
fees. We deal with you directly and you
won't pay any money - no win, no fee.
Some accident management companies
will also claim to work on a No Win No Fee basis
but will fail to tell you that, in the event that
your claim is unsuccessful, you will be liable
for the other party's legal costs.
We won't ask you to take out
a loan to pay for the cost of an insurance policy
and we won't deduct the cost of any premium from
your personal injury compensation at the end -
there are no hidden costs.
We promise that you will
receive 100% of your compensation and
you won't pay one single penny to anyone.
